lost property

Yesterday evening I had a “nice surprise” when I wanted to collect my clothes from the garden that I had hanged for drying a day ago. But as I had to learn, one thing you should definitely not do in Wellington is hang your clothes out on a very windy weather (and wellington is probably one of the most windy cities in the world) or otherwise you have to pick up your clothes from the ground all scattered around in the garden. Or in worse case you might not find some smaller and lighter parts of your clothes at all, like underwear. Unbelievable.

Hi Kristi, you're Scandinavian are you?

I was originally reading up on Vanuatu and somehow I got linked to your blog. You make me feel nostalgic. I haven't lived in NZ for quite some time now. In all the years I lived there, I can honestly say that I have never seen beer and egg drunk in combination. Oh, and yes you're right about the weather thing, but there is also something else, road accidents are also a favourite past-time to chat about. It drives me nuts.

I hope you keep having fun. Go south, it's far and away the most beautiful part of the country. If I was to live in NZ again that's where I would live for sure.

Take it easy.

Hi,

Yes, I am from Estonia. I'm very much looking forward to my South Island trip in January, I've heard so much how beautiful it is.

The beer and egg thing is I think speciality for AIESEC, the organisation I work for:)

If you ever happen to travel to NZ again, feel free to get in touch.

Cheers,
Kristi

issanda loomaaed on suur:)
mhmm, nyydsest vahemalt tean et aeda selliseid asju kuivama ei pane.

joudu sulle, Siim.

Hi again,(this is Kimchi2006 - I forgot my password that I just created- apparently, hmmm)

Anyways...
There is one place in the south which I loved a lot. It's called Maruia Hot Springs. Just a tiny place in the middle of nowhere, not too far from Hanmer Springs (Maybe it's spelled Hamner?). It's a thermal bathhouse and it's very private and quiet - so peaceful. At least it was when I was there. I don't imagine I will be in NZ anytime soon so I won't be catching up with you there I don't think. However, if you're passing through Asia, and Korea specifically, likewise, look me up. I'll give you my email if you think you might be passing through.

Take it easy.
